In the Master’s in Energy Technology degree program at the University of Stuttgart students will learn about the linkages between the natural and engineering sciences and concepts of the conversion, storage and distribution of energy.
This will lead them to solid knowledge in the areas of energy conversion and utilization.
They will occupy themselves with the potentials and economics of various energy sources (fossil fuels, nuclear energy, solar energy, wind energy, hydro energy and biomass) and how they can be integrated into the energy system.
On completing the studies, students will be equipped to analyze concepts for the installations and uses of renewable and conventional energy technology from the energy and efficiency standpoints.
They will also be able to plan and carry out analytical and modeling studies.

Academic Eligibility:

Students are required a bachelor’s degree with very good success in a related degree.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Applicants must prove sufficient language skills in English (at least level B1). For applicants with a German university entrance qualification, proof of five years of teaching English at secondary level I and II is sufficient.
