The course looks at the development and use of information and communication technologies in companies and in administration.

The focus is on:

• IT support for internal and cross-company business processes
• Requirements analysis and development as well as the use and quality assurance of business software
• the development and evaluation of technologies and the market-oriented use in concrete applications
• the management of the resource “information” to support knowledge-intensive services
