There is hardly any area that does not benefit from data science and artificial intelligence: autonomous driving, digital voice assistants, industrial automation, gaming, chatbots in marketing and media or warning systems for impending environmental disasters and diagnostic systems for diseases. The six-semester Bachelor program "Data Science and Artificial Intelligence", which starts right here, starts in the winter semester 2019/20 (subject to the approval of the responsible bodies).
