The Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Saarland has developed an independent, consecutive bachelor's and master's degree program in business and law, which, in addition to the scientific basics and methodological skills, primarily provides a professional qualification. Today the course is assigned to the Faculty of Empirical Human Sciences and Economics. The focus of the bachelor's program in Business and Law is on imparting and mastering basic economic knowledge (especially from the field of business administration) and learning the essential basics of law. The interdisciplinary combination of the two disciplines enables the students to recognize not only the economic side, but also the legal side of problems and to solve them constructively.
