The Economics bachelor's program, with the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), is directed to students who want to gain insight into the important aspects of economic theory and policy. The explicit consideration of the importance of institutions for the economy, characteristic for Marburg, already provides students in the bachelor's program with an overview of the structures upon which the decisions of individual decision-makers (companies or public institutions) are based.
