Linguistics aims to increase the awareness and understanding of implicit language knowledge – the feeling for language – and to explain it. Linguistics is not German, English or French, but the science of languages and the ability to speak – it systematically investigates languages. During this bachelor's program, students will learn about the structure and history of languages and how they are used.
