In the four-semester basic course, knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences and mechanical engineering is first imparted - important basics that are then used in the main course. In the Bachelor, students can choose from five areas (production technology and ergonomics, applied mechanics, automation and system dynamics, materials and construction, and energy technology), thus sharpening their profile for the future career path. Also part of the bachelor's program are practical studies of a total of 14 weeks in a block.
