• The Bachelor’s degree programme in Biosciences is research-orientated. Students develop an optimal basis for further study in a German or international Master’s degree programme and/or doctoral programmes. The basic modules equip students with a solid understanding of fundamental biological principles, as well as key competencies.
  • Topics covered include biodiversity and the evolution of plants and animals, physiology and developmental biology as well as biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology. Courses cover experimental techniques, and a broad range of methods used in modern biological research.
