Italo-Romance Studies teaches the practical, literary and linguistic skills of Italian and introduces the way of working and the subjects of linguistics, literature and cultural studies. In addition to the broad basic philological knowledge, other central components of the course are specialized language skills in the areas of listening comprehension, oral and written expression, translation and autonomous language learning.
