The two-semester postgraduate course serves to supplement the basic legal training by acquiring special knowledge in a special field. The academic training takes place in the areas of banking, corporate, tax and labor law as well as intellectual property law. In the course of their studies, the students deepen their understanding of German, European and international business law as well as language and cultural knowledge.
