The difficulty level of JIPMER is lower than NEET and AIIMS. The Physics section of JIPMER has a lot of calculation-based questions, but most of the questions are easy to solve after applying appropriate concepts or formulas.
JIPMER also doesn’t have negative markings. Managing time is the biggest challenge in JIPMER. Only 2 hours and 30 minutes are given for solving 200 MCQs.
JIPMER MBBS entrance examination test is comparably easier than NEET. You need to focus on Biology while preparing for the examination. For this section, often questions come out of NCERT. The difficulty level of the Physics and Chemistry sections is definitely lower than NEET.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research conducts JIPMER MBBS. NEET is a common test for all medical aspirants trying to secure admission to govt medical colleges. Earlier AIIMS was conducted for AIIMS MBBS. But it has been scrapped and AIIMS takes admission based on NEET scores.
The examination pattern of JIPMER is different than NEET. JIPMR contains 200 MCQs and the time limit is 2 hr 30 min. JIPMER also doesn’t have negative markings.
