ITSAT 2023 Admit Card; Download from icfaiuniversity.in

ITSAT 2023 Admit Card will be made available on May 15, 2023. All candidates who successfully fill ITSAT 2023 Application Form will be eligible to download the hall ticket. ITSAT 2023 will be conducted from May 25 – 31, 2023 in online mode. 

  • ITSAT 2023 Admit Card will be available for download from the official website i.e. 
  • Candidates can download it after slot booking by using their application ID and date of birth.
  • Candidates are requested to carry one of the identification documents along with them at the examination center.
  • Candidates must keep ITSAT 2023 Admit Card (identity proof) safe with them till the admission procedure gets over.
  • Candidates must ensure that all details mentioned on the admit card are correct.
  • Any discrepancy on the admit card must be reported to the exam conducting body immediately in order to get an ITSAT 2023 admit card with the precise details.

How to Download ITSAT 2023 Admit Card?

Students can get their admit cards through online mode only. It can be easily downloaded from the official website. The admit cards are available after fifteen days from the date of closing application forms i.e. June 12, 2023. No applicants are allowed to write an exam without admit card.

Candidates should follow these simple steps in order to download their ITSAT 2023 admit card.

  1. Visit official website of ITSAT i.e. www.icfaiuniversity.in/itsat.
  2. Go to online slot booking, use “Book Slot for ITSAT 2023”​
  3. Enter ITSAT 2023 Application Number as login ID and date of birth as password in the box provided.
  4. Click on Submit Button
  5. The slot Booking Screen will open to permit the booking of slots for the test.
  6. Select city using the drop-down box provided on the left side of the screen.
  7. Then select the test center from the drop-down menu.
  8. Select the date and time of the Test from the radio buttons.
  9. Select either By Time or By Date; Candidate can follow either way to book a date and time for the test.
  10. Select by date, display a calendar to select the preferred test date, and a list of available slots on that selected test date are displayed.
  11. Select by time, provide the list of available time slots, and available test date slots as per the selected time slot are displayed.
  12. Choose test date from a calendar with available dates.
  13. Submit and wait till the process completes.
  14. Verify the Selected test slot details and if found correct press the “Confirm” button.
  15. Note that it is not permitted to change the selected slot booking after confirmation.
  16. Here we reach to Downloading Admit Card for ITSAT 2023.
  17. Click on the ‘Print Admit Card’ button and save it for future references. 

Discrepancy in ITSAT 2023 Admit Card

In case candidate finds that any incorrect detail is mentioned in their admit card or any discrepancy is there in the downloaded admit card then, they should immediately contact the university through the various communication channels provided on the website (e-mail, toll-free number, nearest student center, candidate helpline etc.).

Documents Required with ITSAT 2023 Admit Card

Candidates appearing for ITSAT 2023 would be required to carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam venue. Failing to carry these documents candidates would not be allowed to enter the exam hall and take the exam. Following documents are accepted as valid photo ID

  • Passport
  • Adhar Card
  • College ID
  • A notarized Affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address

Exam Day Instructions

ITSAT 2023 Exam Day Instructions

Please note that the following regulations and procedures will be observed at each test center to ensure that all candidates appear for the test under equally favourable conditions. Failing to follow any of the security procedures, University reserves the right to audiotape and videotape any test session.

References –

  • No reference materials, papers or study materials are allowed at the test center.
  • If any candidate is found with these or any other aids, they will not be allowed to continue the test and the answers will not be scored.
  • Candidates will be provided with scratch papers to use during the test session.
  • Removing scratch paper from the test center will be considered as an act of misconduct.

Personal Items –

  • Personal Items other than identification documents are not allowed in the test room.
  • This includes cell phones, PDAs, BlackBerry devices, digital / analog watches, and any other electronic or photographic devices.
  • All candidates are advised to follow the directions of the test center staff, failing which they will not be permitted to take the test.
  • Any violation of this procedure during the test may result in cancellation of the scores, or banning from future test.

Breaks –

  • There are no scheduled or unscheduled breaks.
  • Candidates have to be seated in their allotted seats at the test center throughout the test unless asked to leave by an authorized test center staff member.

Misconduct or Disruptive Behaviour – 

  • Candidates who engage in any kind of misconduct or disruptive or offensive behaviour may be dismissed from the test.
  • Examples are: giving or receiving help, taking part in an act of impersonation, removing test materials or notes from the testing room, using rude or offensive language that delays or interrupts test.
