DEEET 2022 Seat Allotment, Cutoff, Admission
DEEET 2022: Seat Allotment Schedule for Round 1 has been declared. Seat Allotment Letter will be issued by the exam conducting authorities on September 7, 2022. Candidates will be able to surrender their seats on the official website till September 9, 2022. Admission in respective colleges will be conducted from September 12, 2022.
The result of DEEET 2022 had been released on August 22, 2022. Candidates must refer to the official website or the below article to check the result. The authority has also released the merit list of DEEET 2022 at highereducation.tripura.gov.in.
- DEEET 2022 Merit List consists of the candidates who qualify for the exam and are eligible for further process.
- The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained on the entrance test and there is no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation of DEEET 2022 results.
- DEEET 2022 Cutoff is going to be released after the declaration of the result. The cutoff will be prepared based on the number of candidates, the difficulty level of the exam, the category of candidates, and the previous year’s trend. The qualified candidates will be eligible for DEET 2022 Counselling.

DEEET 2022 Counselling
DEEET 2022 Counselling Schedule will be announced. Candidates should note that their physical presence will be required for the online process and Spot Counselling Schedule. Eligible candidates will be qualified for seats for different polytechnic courses. To choose qualified candidates, choice feeding must be done by candidates online. Based on choice feeding, seats will be allotted in order of preference.
Documents Required For DEEET Counselling
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- Marksheet of Madhyamik (class 10) or equivalent examination.
- Admit card of class 10 or equivalent or Birth certificate as age proof.
- PRTC (not Citizenship certificate) as proof of residency of the applicant.
- Caste (SC/ ST) Certificate if applicable from the appropriate authority.
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) if applicable Certificate issued by Dept. of Social Welfare / District
- Disabilities Rehabilitation Centres (DDRC) or competent authority approved by the State Government, if any.
- Ward of Ex-Serviceman (ESM) Certificate (from Rajya Sainik Board/ Directorate of Sainik Welfare).
- BPL ration card from the appropriate authority approved by the State Government, if any.
- Seat allotment letter issued by CSC-2022.
- Admit card of DEEET 2022.
- Seat surrendered certificate from the concerned department, if applicable.
DEEET 2022 Eligibility
DEEET Eligibility is set by the Central Selection Committee. Candidates planning to appear for this exam must meet the basic requirements to fill out the application form. The following parameters must be kept in mind in order to be considered for admission through DEEET Exam:
- Domicile Criteria: The candidates must be a permanent residents of the state of Tripura.
- Marks Qualification: The candidates must have passed or appeared in class 10 (Madhyamik) or an examination of equivalent level as per AICTE, New Delhi with a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate.
- Degree Requirement: The qualification in the degree mentioned above must be from the Tripura Board of Secondary Education / Central Board of Secondary Education or a recognized board.
- Age Limit: There is no maximum age bar set for appearing in the examination.
DEEET 2022 Reservation
Reservation for seats in DEEET Exam will be made as per Tripura government policies and regulations. Candidates claiming reservation must produce relevant documentation at the time of admission during the document verification process.

Note: Wards of Ex-Serviceman (ESM) claiming reservation must get endorsed from the Dept. of Sainik Welfare apart from satisfying all conditions laid by the conducting authorities. PwD candidates must produce documents clarifying the type and percentage of disability.
DEEET 2022 Registration
DEEET 2022 Registration process is completely online. Candidates can apply online till April 25, 2022, by paying the registration fees. The exam fee for general candidates is INR 350/-. The fee can be paid via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

Follow the steps below to register and fill out the application form for DEEET 2022 Exam:
- Visit the official website; www.deeet.nic.in.
- Click on the registration link which will be available once live
- Enter basic information such as name, gender, date of birth and E-mail Id. note that these details cannot be edited once submitted.
- Create a profile by entering your mother and father’s name, gender, caste, and more.
- Upload scanned images of photo and signature.
- Fill in the required details in the application form.
- Preview the application form; check the details entered before final submission.
- Submit the form after thorough checking.
- Pay fees online via Debit/Credit/Netbanking.
- Save your application and take a printout of the acknowledgement which must be produced at the time of application.
Note: Application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
DEEET 2022 Admit Card
The hall ticket of DEEET 2022 will be issued to candidates whose application has been successfully submitted and fees paid. DEEET Admit Card will be released online and can be downloaded using login credentials. Details such as candidate name, test centre location, date and time of the exam will be mentioned on the hall ticket. After downloading the admit card, candidates must cross-verify every detail mentioned on the same. in case of any discrepancy, contact the authorities and get the error rectified to avoid any hassle on the exam day.
The admit card must be brought to the test centre along with a valid id document. It must be shown to the officer in charge or invigilator for verification. The admit card must be preserved till the time of admission as it is required for the counselling process.
DEEET 2022 Exam Centres
DEEET 2022 Exam Centres will be located in 5 places. Candidates can choose up to 2 test centres at the time of filling the application form in keeping with their convenience.

DEEET 2022 Exam Pattern
DEEET 2022 will be conducted in offline mode. It is a pen and paper-based exam; candidates will be provided with an OMR sheet containing 4 options for each question. The correct option has to be filed using a black pen.
- Total Questions: 100 questions
- Total Marks: 400
- Total Time: 2 Hours (120 Minutes). PWD Candidates will be given compensatory extra time of 20 minutes
- Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
- Marking Pattern: 1 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer
- Question Type: Objective (MCQ)
- Paper Language: English and Bengali
- Number of Sections: 3 sections (Mathematics, Physical Science/ Science, and English)
- Sectional Weightage: 160 + 160 (80 + 80) + 80 for sections A, B, and C, respectively.
- Number of Question Sets: 3 Sets
Instructions for filling the OMR sheet:
- After the sheet has been handed to you, fill Roll Number, and Test (Question) Booklet Series inappropriate places.
- Correct answers must be marked by darkening the circle.
- In case you have marked an incorrect option by mistake, there is no provision to correct the same by whitening or using an ink eraser.
- If more than one option is darkened, no marks will be awarded even if the darkened option is correct.
- Do not cut, fold, mutilate or damage the OMR sheet.
- Avoid any rough work on the OMR sheet and return it to the invigilator after the exam.
- OMR sheet number must be entered in the attendance sheet. Sign in the appropriate place in the question paper and answer booklet.
