AIIMS MBBS registration 2021 can be done through Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) process. Under PAAR AIIMS MBBS application form 2021 can be filled in two stages- Basic Registration and Final Registration. Only the eligible aspirants will be able to complete the basic registration for AIIMS MBBS 2021 entrance exam. As PAAR registration candidates who completed AIIMS MBBS basic registration for the previous session need not fill the basic process. Those who successfully complete the basic registration process will be eligible to participate in AIIMS MBBS 2021 final registration process until January 2021.
Candidates who are at least 17 years old or will be of this age on or before December 31, 2020, are eligible to apply for this course. A candidate who has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English is eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS. Students who are appearing in the final year of the 10+2 examination in May, 2021 are also eligible to apply for the same. However, the exam has now been merged with NEET so candidates are advised to check the details prescribed by NTA.
AIIMS Application Form 2021 was to be filled between December 2020 – January, 2021 only. The procedure to fill AIIMS Application Form is given below:
Step 1: Registration
Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to register for AIIMS MBBS 2021.
Click on the registration link.
After clicking on the registration link, 'Click here' button will be displayed on the screen which will direct candidates to an instruction page.
Read all the instructions carefully and equipped with all the information that is mentioned on the page before filling the AIIMS MBBS application form 2021.
Enter personal details like name, date of birth, category, gender, nationality, and details of the ID proof.
After submission of personal details, enter contact details like email ID, contact number and then give consent for the declaration form.
After entering the personal and contact details click on the 'Register' button as shown in the image given above.
A message will be displayed on the screen which will display the registration ID.
The login credentials will be sent to the email address and mobile number which were entered by the candidates in the previous step.
Click on the 'Ok' button to move to the next step of the AIIMS MBBS 2021 application form.
After redirecting to the applicant login page, enter the registration ID, password and copy the captcha code.
Edit, if required, otherwise, click on 'Proceed to Step 2' button.
Step 2: Uploading of scanned Images
In the second step, candidates will be asked to upload their photograph, signature, and thumb impression. The scanned images should be in a white background and should not be blurred. The instructions to be followed by the applicants while uploading the documents are mentioned in the image attached below. After uploading documents, candidates will be required to give consent to the declaration form and click on the 'Submit' button to complete the basic registration process. Step 3- Generating AIIMS MBBS 2021 Application Form code
In order to generate the Registration Unique Code (RUC) of AIIMS MBBS application form 2021, aspirants must follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 4- Filling the AIIMS MBBS 2021 application form
The fourth step which is the final registration includes filling of the AIIMS MBBS 2021 application form which includes details of the qualifying examination, internship, MBBS academic details and medical registration details. Also, the permanent and correspondence address has to be submitted in this step of AIIMS MBBS application form 2021. It must be noted that only those AIIMS MBBS aspirants will be able to proceed with the final registration process who are deemed eligible by the conducting body. Step 5- Payment of AIIMS MBBS 2021 application fee

Step 6- Choice of Exam Centre
After successfully submitting AIIMS MBBS 2021 the application fee, applicants need to choose an exam centre. The list of AIIMS MBBS exam centre 2021 releases along with the prospectus. Aspirants are advised to choose the exam centres as per their convenience. AIIMS, New Delhi will allow centres to the candidates on a first-come-first-served basis and the decision of the conducting body is final in this regard. Also, the choices of the city submitted by the candidates cannot be changed later.
Step 7- Taking a printout of AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2021
After submitting every detail in AIIMS MBBS 2021 application form, candidates will obtain a registration slip. Candidates’ personal and educational details and the uploaded images will be shown on the registration slip. Aspirants then need to take out a print out of this slip for future reference. No change of details will be permitted after the submission of the application form of AIIMS MBBS 2021.

It is very important for a candidate to check all the information details before submission of the form. The information that is submitted once will be treated as final. The competent authority will not entertain any request related to correction/changes after the closing date.
An applicant can check Status of Registration including rejection/errors in application from February, 2021.
The authority will update the status of final registration to inform candidates whether their final status has been accepted or rejected, along with the reasons for rejection of the final registration form of AIIMS MBBS application form 2021. Applicants will be able to check the status using the 'Registration Status Tab' that is displayed on their 'MyPage' after login. Since the reasons for rejection will be notified, candidates will have to complete the deficiency in the AIIMS MBBS before the given last date.

Ques: Why is there a long gap between filling basic registration and final status?
Ans: After basic registrations, candidates have to wait for long for the final status because some columns of the application form can be edited till the last date of submission.
