A pass in any Bachelor Degree(10+2+3 or 10+1+3 pattern) with obtained 50% for OC category , 45% for BC category, 43% for MBC/DNC category and 40% for SC/ST category from any recognized university or A pass in Postgraduate Degree i.e. M.Com/M.A(Economics)
