Aspirants seeking admission to Ph.D. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

• M Tech (Engineering) degree with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate or equivalent (with NCU, NPET).
• Science/Humanities, M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)/MA (English, Mathematics) degree with minimum 60% in aggregate or Equivalent, with NET/GATE/JRF/SLET, qualified for financial assistance by the government (NCU, NPET exempted) or 67.5% with (NCU, NPET).
• B. Tech. degree from a Premier university or institution (IIT/NIT) and the institution within 100 NIRF rankings for the year of consideration with CGPA 8.5 or equivalent (with NCU, NPET) and GATE/UGC/CSIR score for government financial assistant (NCU, NPET exempted).
