The course is for beginners

Styling is an important part of the fashion industry, but not something that comes naturally to many fashion designers. A styling course at Aartreum teaches the needed skills to create a story through a set and work with photographers to design a photographic image. At the initial level, it facilitates learning that revolves around various aspects related to:

• Fashion Styling, including style visualization & editing, 
• Image design & development, 
• Makeover,
• Digital fashion styling, and 
• Social media, to name a few.

The practice of engaging students in live experiences is started at the basic level so that a fair mix of theoretical, digital, and practical knowledge is integrated into the learning system.The ability of the students will extend into various branches such as:

• Ideation, 
• Concept development, 
• Story or look realization, 
• Theme integration, 
• Forming a brand image, 
• Identifying trends, 
• Mapping out fashion influences, and 
• Production feasibility.
