Candidate must have Master’s Degree or equivalent in Real Estate / Urban Management/ Urban or Regional Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Economics/ Commerce/ Law / Architecture / Mathematics / Sociology or MBA from any accredited Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 55% marks or grade point average.

The Ph.D. program can be undertaken in the following fields of knowledge and practice:

• Ph.D. in Construction Management/Project Management
• Ph.D. in Urban Management/Infrastructure Management
• Ph.D. in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying
• Ph.D. in Real Estate Management

Fees Description

• Full-time - INR 1.25 Lacs(Per semester)
• Part-time - INR 1 Lacs (Per semester)

Minimum and Maximum Degree Duration
Candidate will be given the time duration for submission of his / her Ph.D. thesis (from the date of registration) as per the details are given below:
