Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, complete program prerequisites with a grade of C or better (including Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Phlebotomy within the last eight years), maintain a minimum GPA as required, provide proof of current immunizations (MMR, TB, Varicella, Tetanus, Hep B, Flu), hold a current CPR card, submit a signed health declaration, and pass a background check and drug screening.
