You can apply for M.Phil. or Ph.D. programme online mode on the official website of Calicut University. The registration window will open on November 28 and it will be closed on December 11, 2016(tentative).

Make payment of Application Fee

You can pay application and entrance examination fee to Calicut University Fund by e-payment (SBT online/SBT e-challan/Friends/Akshaya e-challan). You can use any of following links for remitting the application fee:

• Visit official admission website of Calicut University and Click on “Fee Remittance” link. Select the purpose 'Application and entrance examination fee for M.Phil./Ph.D. admission 2016-17'.
• Visit the official website of Calicut University and Click on “Instant Web payment System” link. Select the purpose “Application and entrance examination fee for M.Phil./Ph.D. admission 2016-17”.

Application Fee:

For M.Phil. Programme

• General candidates: INR 300/-
• SC/ST candidates: INR 135/-

For Ph.D. Programme

• General candidates: INR 300/-
• SC/ST candidates: INR 135/-

Submit Application Form

After remitting the application fee, you should take a printout of filled application form. The printout of the application duly attested by a gazetted officer along with e-challan receipt for towards application and Entrance Examination fee should reach the Head of the University Teaching Departments concerned on or before Dec 15, 2016(tentative).

• Self attested copies ofCertificates and Marklists
• E-challan receipt
• Community Certificate (only for SC/ST candidates)
• A self-addressed stamped envelope of size 23 x 10 cm

Note: Eligible candidates after the entrance examination should apply for admission in the prescribed format along with a challan of Rs.50/-.
