Course Details

At the UG level, IMA also offers a B.Tech. degree with two specializations. It also offers a B.Sc. degree in Nautical Science. To be eligible for these programs, the candidates must possess a 60% Average in PCM at 10+2 qualifying exams. Admission to both programs is also offered via Lateral Entry.

Pass in HSC / (10+2) from a Recognized Board With 60% Average in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics Subject).

Candidates must not suffer from Color Blindness but (+) or (-) 2.5 vision is allowed.
Eye Glasses are permitted.

IMA Chennai UG Selection Criteria

Candidates with a valid 10+2 qualification must appear for the Personal Interview along with a passport size Photograph (Two), Original Mark sheet & Passing Certificate of 10th std & 12th std.

Verification of Mark sheets & Medical Test will be conducted at the Academy. The students who fail to pass the medical exam won’t be granted admission.
