Eligibility
The eligibility varies for all the PG courses available at the institute. One can find it beneath for whichever course he or she is interested in.
Eligibility for MBA and MCA
- Candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in their Graduation.
- For MCA, candidates must have studied Mathematics at Graduation or 10+2 level.
NOTE - Lateral Entry in MCA will be granted only to BCA or B.Sc (CS/IT) students.
Eligibility for M. Lib. & I.Sc.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science with 50% marks.
Eligibility for B.Ed.
- For B.Ed., candidates must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity with 50% marks.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification.
Eligibility for M.Ed.
- Candidates must have completed B.T., L.T. or B.Ed. with 55% marks.
- They must have secured at least 50% marks in Intermediate and Bachelor degree examination separately or an average of 50% in intermediate and bachelor degree exam (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Sc. in Agriculture) counted together.

As eligibility, the selection criteria also differs for the courses offered at PG level. Check the process below:
Selection Criteria for MBA and MCA
- The institute will give preference to UPSEE score followed by CAT/MAT score in order to shortlist students.
- The screened students then have to appear for counselling.
- At the time of counselling, applicants have to select the course and college for admission.
- Based on the choices filled, seats are allotted to candidates for admission.
- After allotment, applicants have to visit the RATM institute and confirm the allotted seat.
Selection Criteria for B.Ed. and M.Ed.
- RATM, Mathura will first call students for the counselling.
- After completion of counselling round, students have to appear for the entrance exam which will be conducted by the Dr. B R Ambedkar University.
- Students who obtain a valid score in the exam are finally admitted in the course.
Selection Criteria for M.Lib. & I.Sc.
- For shortlisting students, RATM will consider merit in the qualifying examination.
- Those who get shortlisted have to appear in Personal Interview (PI).
- Thus, the final selection is collectively based on merit and performance in PI.
