The candidate should have passed the post-graduation in the relevant stream from a recognized university

Ph.D. admissions at Agni College of Technology are offered in two specializations only: Electrical & Electronics Engineering and; Electronics & Communication Engineering. 

• The eligibility criteria for Engineering and Technology is common, i.e., ME/M.Tech or MS by Research from a recognized university with 55% overall aggregate.
• Selections for admissions for Ph.D. are made on the basis of a written test, which is conducted by Anna University followed by an interview for the shortlisted candidates.
