Course Description
Students can obtain the application form from:

Note: Application form along with the prospectus will be sent only through ordinary post from the University.
Before filling the application form students are advised to go through the OMR application form instructions first.
Students must fill the application form & pay the requisite amount of fee in community college only with respect to the programme applied. Fee is required to be paid in the University only.
Students can remit the fee in any State Bank or Indian Bank branch by using the photocopy of the fee remittance challan enclosed with the prospectus. The respective bank will keep the bank copy of challan & return the TNOU & student copy of the challan to the student. Student is required to enclose the TNOU copy of the challan with application form & send it to the University’s address or to the respective study centre.
Students will have to apply two months before the commencement of sessions whether it is for Academic or Calendar year.
Those students who will not be able to apply for the management courses within the prescribed time limit, will have to pay extra INR 50 as part of late fee.

Qualification:
Students with any degree from a recognized University are eligible to apply.
Mariners holding the following professional qualification obtained after a minimum duration of study-cum-training of 6 years after 10+2 or diploma from a recognized Institution with:
Master Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
First Class Motor or Steam or Combined (Chief Engineer) Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India or its counterparts in other countries.
Degree in Hospital Administration or Retail Management will also be considered.
Students must have passed Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy Management, Hospital and Health Administration or Computer Sciences.
Students with degree in Arts and Sciences with Additional qualifications (e.g. health and / or computer background and / or hospital experience.) are eligible to apply.
Students with Post Graduate Diploma in Health / Hospital Administration from recognized institutions are also eligible to apply.
Retail Management
Those students are eligible to apply who have completed any graduate degree from a recognized university.
TNOU has established a fixed number of study centres within Tamil Nadu state to assist students for whole admission procedure & learning activities.
To coordinate the activities among Study centres & University, separate zonal centres also have been established. These zonal centres act as a link between the two.
After obtaining the application form at the desired study centre, authorities shall issue the acknowledgement card to the student & the Zonal centres will send the documents after scrutiny to the Admission wing of the university. University will first confirm the information provided by the student & will issue the ID card.
If a student has not opted for any study centre then university will allot the nearest location to the student according to his/her address.
Statement of marks will be sent to all students whatever they have scored in the written test & provisional certificate will be sent to the successful candidates of the test.
Students can also claim for re-totaling & re-evaluation of the test provided they have to pay the requisite amount of fee within 21 days of declaration of result through DD or challan.
