Documents Required

• Attested photocopies of the following
  • 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • SC/ST/OBC caste certificates (if applicable)
  • Income certificate
  • Eligibility Certificate (for foreign students only, with 2 copies of Passport & Visa)
  • Aadhar Card
• Original Membership letter (If Methodist)
• 6 passport size photos
• If parents work for Baldwin Institutions: enclose the Original Employee Certificate 

Steps to apply offline

• Download the application form or collect it directly from the Admission office or at Vijaya Bank BGHS Extension Counter, No. 90 Richmond Road, Bangalore. 
• Fill out the application form. Paste a passport size photograph and put signatures as asked at the relevant places. 
• Enter the personal, academic details. Tick for the program preferred for.
• Attach a passport sized photograph of the parents and guardian as well. 
• Pay the application form fee by submitting it directly at the admission office. The application fee is INR 600/-. 

Candidate must have pass 10+2 from recognised board.
