For B Tech/ BE

• Candidates must register online at the official website of TNEA.
• The online application can be submitted in person or by post to the Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai- 600025.
• Candidates have to attach photocopies of the following documents:
  • Class 10 and 10+2 mark sheet
  • 10+2 admit card
  • Transfer certificate
• Permanent Community Certificate Card for SC, ST, SCA, MBC, & DNC, BC and BCM
• Nativity certificate if applicable
• First graduate certificate and first graduate joint declaration if applicable.
• Relevant certificate for a child of ex-servicemen, differently-abled person, if applicable.
• After filling the form, candidates have to go for counselling. Counselling fees are INR. 5,000/- (INR. 1,000/- for reserved categories). Candidates must bring all original documents during counselling.

For M.Tech./MCA/MBA

• Candidates have to fill out the application for TANCET on the official website of Anna University.
• The application fee is INR. 500/- (INR. 100/- for SC/ST categories). It is to be paid online. After TANCET results are declared, candidates need to attend counselling. For this, they must register at the Anna University’s website again.
• Counselling fee is INR. 5,300/- (INR 1,150/- for SC/ST categories).
