Eligibility Criteria
Graduate with Computer Science / IT/ Computer Applications / Computer Maintenance as one of the elective subjects with 50% marks in aggregate. OR BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ BIT or equivalent there to with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR Graduate with mathematics as an elective subject and Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications / PG Diploma in Information Tech. / PG Diploma in E-Commerce & Internet Applications or equivalent with 50% marks in the aggregate.
Course Details
1.The above fee chart includes University charges.
2. Rs. 5000/- as security (refundable) from M.Sc. (Physics/ Maths/ Botany/ Zoology/Computer Science/IT/Biotech/Fashion Designing/Food Science Technology/MPT and BPT part-I) at the time of admission has been included.
3. Rs. 2000/- as security (refundable) for B.C.A., B.Sc. (I.T.), PGDCA, B.Sc. (Biotechnology), B.Sc. (FD), B.B.A., P.G.D.F.S., B.J.M.C at the time of admission has been included.
4. For other courses, security of Rs. 1000/- for Graduate and Rs. 1500/- for Postgraduate at the time of 1st year admission has been included in fee chart.
5. SC/ST Students, who seek admission under B.R. Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme, have to pay fees as per government instructions, in two instalments.
6. The concessional rate of fee to a student belonging to Scheduled Caste/Backward Class is available only if the income from the all sources of the family is not more than 2,50,000 (per annum) in case of Scheduled Caste and not more than 1,00,000/- per annum in case of Backward Class. Such student will produce SC/BC Certificate (with income) and an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper, duly attested by Executive Magistrate appointed by Punjab Govt. for attestation purpose alongwith a copy of Adhaar Card. Rs. 500/- (refundable) will be charged
as security.
7. Fees includes Examination fees and university Registration fee also.
8 Special Migration fees of Rs.1800/- will be charged from the students who have passed their lower examination from other than Punjab School Education Board/Guru Nanak Dev University

9.Students opting for Music(V),Music(I),Psychology,Fine Art , Computer or Geography subject in BA are to be charged Rs.190/- Per month extra

Khalsa College of Engineering and Technology (KCET) is located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.
