Admission in Master’s degree programs is offered by Kamla Nehru College for Women - [KMC], Kapurthala. The minimum eligibility to apply for PG programs is having passed bachelor’s from a recognized university in relevant discipline. Eligible candidates will have to register themselves offline through the application forms available on campus.

M.Com.	Commerce	Pass in BBA/ B.Com./ B.E.(Commerce) with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent exams.	Selection of the candidates will be based on merit in qualifying exams.
M.A.	Punjabi	Having passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the Punjabi or equivalent exam.
	Hindi	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the Hindi or equivalent exam.
	Economics	Pass in Graduation with 45% marks in the Economics or equivalent exam.
	Political Science	Graduate with 45% marks in the Political Science or equivalent exam.
M.Sc.	Computer Science	Graduate with Computer Science/ IT Computer Applications with 50% marks in aggregate.
M.Sc.	Fashion Designing	Passed B.A./ B. Sc. of GNDU or any other equivalent exam with at least 45% marks in graduation.
PG Diploma	Computer Application	Pass in Graduation under 10+2+3 scheme with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Key points:

Candidates having passed BCA/ B.Sc. (IT)/ BIT or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Graduate with mathematics as an elective subject are eligible to apply for Master’s course.
A student who has passed three year Shastri examination or Master’s degree of the university in another subject or another faculty are eligible for admission to M.A. Hindi.
