The Diploma in Bioinformatics offers 2 years of course duration.
This course is offered on a full-time basis and on-campus.
The program offers an optional co-op work term, which provides an opportunity to gain practical experience with a local employer.
The course requires 65 credits in Diploma in Bioinformatics and 72 credits in Diploma in Bioinformatics(Co-op Education)
The program enables students to integrate academic studies with related, practical work experience.
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary science that applies computational and statistical methods to biological information in order to make new discoveries and to solve complex biological problems.

- Cell Biology
- Molecular Genetics
- General Chemistry
- Web Development
To achieve Diploma in Bioinformatics students must achieve and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.6 in each term.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.6.
Successfully complete an employability assessment interview with a Co-op Officer
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian Students required Certificates and Marksheets of class 10^th and 12^th with a minimum of 50% in all compulsory and elective courses.

Following are the required documents:

Official Transcripts: Students have to submit Official post-secondary transcripts that show completion of at least one full academic year or a minimum of 24 university-level credits, from a recognized university or college.
ELP Scores: Students need to submit proof of English language proficiency (official test scores or transcripts) from the testing authority or school.
Student Visa: It is important for students that they must give the International Education Department a copy of their valid Student Visa, a copy of their passport, and proof of medical insurance.
