The Educational Administration program is devoted to the study and development of policy, leadership, change, social diversity, and ethics and values in education. A combination of theory and practice assists students to develop skills, enabling them to cope with the complex demands of current education policies and procedures.
The Educational Administration program is designed to develop highly skilled educators, administrators, policy analysts, and academic practitioners. Within the program, students are able to explore the field more broadly or focus on one of four thematic strands: Policy, Leadership, Change, and Social Diversity

Transcript(s) from each post-secondary institution attended.
Two letters of reference (one academic and one professional).
Résumé provides clear and complete information about the applicant's work or field experience related to their proposed studies.
Statement of Intent which 1) indicates which of the program's four Course Groupings most interests them, and 2) names at least two faculty members whose interests are closest to their own.
