- The Graduate Certificate in Business Management is a 2-year program at Lambton College.
- Students will have the opportunity to apply to the Co-operative Education Program.
- The students learn the main topics of the business including:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Accounting
- Finance
- Human resources management and business communications.
- Students must have a GPA of 2.8 or greater to participate in a full-time Co-op work Term.
- This program prepares students for a world of business and educational opportunities.
- The student to faculty ratio is 57:1 which bridges the gap between faculty and students.
- In Term 3 students have the option to participate in co-op work and gain real-world experience.
- The student will be capable of the following skills by the end of the term include:
- Interpret and record business transactions, and prepare basic financial statements
- Apply decision-making and problem-solving techniques in formulating business policy
- Analyze a marketing situation and develop appropriate advertising recommendations
- Prepare and deliver a sales presentation
- Apply effective interpersonal skills
