  • It is an on-campus, co-op program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis.
  • This program demonstrates the skills and competencies such as the ability to communicate effectively collaborate with others and displaying initiative and perseverance, graduates will possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to be a key person within the organization. 
  • Students have to successfully complete 12 program courses and 1 co-op work term.
  • Students are required to complete a Co-op and Career Preparation course scheduled prior to their first co-op work term.
  • Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) is the governing body that regulates the Human Resources profession in Ontario.
  • This program also offers a part-time delivery format in which students can study part-time onsite, online, or a combination of onsite and online.
  • Students required to complete the part-time program in 2 ½ years, including one co-op program.
  • In the part-time program, students can register on a course-by-course basis
  • In this program, only those students can be required who have previously completed postsecondary education such as a degree or diploma from an accredited university or college.
