Students gain experience developing software for diverse platforms including embedded systems, desktop, mobile, and mainframe systems. In addition, students are exposed to advanced concepts including systems analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), application security, data structures, and game and simulation programming.
With a strong emphasis on business and entrepreneurial values, students gain experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting and systems building through a series of applied assignments, projects, and co-op work terms.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must complete secondary or high school transcripts with proof of graduation, subjects are taken and grades received.
Or, students have to complete the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with
- Grade 12 English (C or U)
- Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U)
Mature students, non-secondary school applicants (19 years or older), and home school students may also be considered for admission.
Students who have taken equivalent courses, upgrading, completed their GED, and equivalency testing also get admission to this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they have any one of the following certificates:

All-India Senior School Certificate (AISSCE)
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
Indian School Certificate (ISC)
Intermediate Examination Certificate
Pre-University Examination Certificate
Diploma / Degree certificate Mark sheets for each year of study.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
