  • Throughout the program, students will also gain extensive computer experience working with general business software, as well as specialized Building Information Modeling (BIM), project management, bidding and estimating software that is used by the industry.
  • This program shares the first four semesters with the Construction Engineering Technician program.
  • Semesters 5 and 6 prepare students for a wider range of career options in the construction sector.
  • The management and technical courses offered in this three-year program will equip students for positions with higher levels of responsibility and accountability in such areas as construction planning, project management, estimating, budget and bid preparation, sustainable building science and engineering studies.
