• Durham College offers a Diploma in Human Resources – Business with a duration of 2 years (4 semesters).

  • This joint Durham College and Ontario Tech University diploma-to-degree program will enable students to earn a human resources (HR) diploma and an honors degree in only four years.

    • Advocating on a variety of staff issues
    • Developing and implementing company policies, procedures, programs and services
    • Giving advice and counsel to corporate executives, line managers and employees
  • Students enrolling in this program need to carry their laptops.
