- This two-year Ontario College Diploma program prepares students for entry into the manufacturing engineering industry. Students prepare for an extensive variety of dynamic technical positions requiring strong mechanically oriented backgrounds within the manufacturing industry.
- By attaining skills in analyzing problems, evaluating options, designing approaches and implementing solutions, students acquire an awareness of and familiarity with engineering production processes and environments.
- Students attain experience by using profession-specific tools, software, and machineries, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and CNC machinery.
- Students gain valuable experience through participation in industry level projects with external or internal industry partners.
