The Weekend MBA in Sustainable Innovation is tailor-made for the working professional. You bring valuable experience. The course schedule gives you flexibility while giving you the training and resources you need to advance.
You will work closely with your cohort, both in person and virtually. On-campus residency weekends are generally once a month, with online connection in between. Our MBAs come from a range of fields to come to decision making together through the mix of online and in-person structure.
Over 24 months, you and your fellow students will collaborate and connect in your shared commitment to learn new skills and develop an innovative perspective to create a better tomorrow.

Academics

Completed the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor's degree (generally in a non-business discipline) from an academic institution recognized by the University of Victoria
Have earned the equivalent of a "B" average over the last two years (or equivalent of 30 UVic units) of your degree. If you do not have a "B" average, you may be admitted as a mature student, provided you have four years of relevant professional experience after completing your undergraduate degree
International students must meet the Minimum requirements from other countries as set out by the Faculty of Graduate Studies

The following required documents are:

Resume/CV: It is the outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and/or volunteer experience.
Two Letter of Recommendation: Letter of recommendation (combination of professional and academic recommenders) which includes information about the student, their connection with the person they are recommending, their qualification, and the specific skills they have.
Statement of Purpose: This statement must describe your qualifications and the objectives of your intended educational program.
Statement of Intent: Reasons or intentions for pursuing studies in this program, including a description of prior experience.
Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.

International Students will need to apply for a valid Student VISA before entering Canada.
A Student VISA is an immigration document that allows students to live and study in Canada.
They must have a Student VISA to enroll in any degree, program, or course that takes more than 6 months to complete.
Whether students also need an Entry Visa depends on their country of citizenship.
The Temporary Resident Visa (Entry Visa) is a stamp placed on their passport that allows them to enter Canada.
In most cases, students Entry Visa will have the same expiry date as their Student VISA.
A Student VISA is usually valid for the length of the student’s study program, plus an extra 90 days.
The cost of the Student VISA is 112 USD.
The students need these documents to apply for a Student VISA:
- Proof of acceptance i.e The offer letter that the student received from the university.
- Proof of identity
- Proof of financial support i.e Documents showing the financial status.
