The general objective of the program is to enable students to deepen their basic knowledge of industrial relations by developing both their understanding of the various dynamics of change in the field of work and their ability to analyze causes, processes and finally, the impacts of these transformations on the workforce and the workplace.
The program enables the student to develop research skills and in-depth knowledge, as well as to increase the autonomy needed to analyze problems in the field of industrial relations

Following are the requirements to take admission in the University of Quebec in Outaouais :

Hold a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Industrial Relations and Human Resources or a related field
Applicants who do not fall into these categories must provide proof of the successful completion of the ETS Test of International French (TFI) with a score equal to or greater than 750 out of 990
Candidates who do not have a university education but have completed a college education may be admitted to a graduate program if they have at least 15 years of relevant and meaningful work experience
