• The Masters of Public Health (MPH) program is a practice-based graduate degree that trains students in a breadth of research and practice intended to improve population health.
  • It is 2 years (5 terms), an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis. The curriculum of the program focuses on group learning and integrated interdisciplinary courses.
  • Students have the flexibility to focus their learning around their interests which supports them to become practice-ready professionals in five terms.
  • The MPH program at SFU covers a range of topics, including epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy and management, environmental health, social and behavioral sciences, and health promotion.
  • Students will also have the opportunity to complete a practicum, which will give them hands-on experience working in a public health setting.
