- In Acadia's Master of Science in Geology students will both increase student’s employability in industry and government, and prepare for further studies in the field. As part of a small, research-focused department, students will primarily be working closely with the student’s supervisor on your research, fieldwork, and thesis. Students will also take additional courses to supplement student's research and broaden your advanced knowledge in the discipline.
- Students may apply either directly to a two-year program, or, if applying from a diploma in either Geographic Information Systems or Remote Sensing from the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Centre of Geographic Sciences, you may enter a 16-month accelerated version of the program.
