If student is highly skilled senior operator in the hospitality industry, this hospitality management course will give student the advanced skills and knowledge to succeed.
With this qualification, student will confidently seek employment in the hospitality industry in a range of venues, from bars and hotels to fine dining restaurants. In this hospitality management course, student will:
gain practical skills in food and beverage service
learn how to responsibly serve alcohol
understand how to follow workplace hygiene procedures

Important Dates

Completion of secondary studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 is generally required for admissions to most courses at Box Hill Institute.
Some Certificate courses may be entered after completion of secondary education at year 11/10. Special entry for mature aged students is also available and will be considered on the basis of past secondary study, employment skills or work experience
