  • The residential program provides experience in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, food and beverage, and hotel management. This course is ideal for students with a passion for hotel management, hospitality and providing world-class experiences.
  • As part of this course, students wil live on-site for two six-month blocks at our Leura campus in the Blue Mountains, which operates as a student-staffed hotel, where they will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of hotel operations.
  • During the course, students will also gain practical experience through industry work placement programs and the final six months will focus purely on business management.
