  • The Master of Health Law (MHL) is a flexible, specialist qualification covering wide-ranging legal and ethical issues in healthcare.
  • Students will learn to identify, analyse and develop solutions to complex legal, ethical and policy issues affecting health and health services.
  •  Students include practising lawyers, health professionals, health administrators, government officers, health advocates and others seeking a deeper understanding of legal and regulatory issues arising within the health sector.
  • The core and elective units of study cover a wide range of areas, including healthcare law, the impact of new technologies on healthcare, the regulation of the health professions, litigation and dispute resolution, public health law, mental health law, and global health law and governance.
