The Food Science (Honours) degree is designed to provide a solid background in mathematics, and natural and applied sciences to equip for a career in a variety of professions. The students will have the opportunity to apply themselves to food product design and enquiry projects, professional food practice, and food systems management, and to conduct research towards thesis project. The four-year Food Science degree is offered in two disciplines: Food Science and Technology and Food Science and Nutrition.
