Bachelor of Nursing Advanced:

  • acquire foundation knowledge and skills to provide safe, sensitive, effective and holistic nursing care to people of all ages and backgrounds
  • learn through a concept-based teaching approach integrating the science, ethics and aesthetics of contemporary nursing practice
  • understand and apply nursing management principles in a range of settings including primary healthcare and health promotion, long-term and residential care, mental health, acute and critical care, rural and remote services, and policy development
  • develop and broaden knowledge, skills and attitude to work and prepare for real-world clinical practice
