• Develop business skills and be able to think creatively and critically, communicate professionally, make ethical business decisions and work in a global context.
  • Learn to prepare and present news through a variety of social channels and across online, print and broadcast platforms.
  • Access newsrooms, radio, and TV studios and contribute to QUT News and other outlets. Students will also have the opportunity to apply for industry internships and international exchanges.
  • Forge a career as a journalist with a specialty in finance, international affairs, or political and social commentary. The student may also work as a media executive, business analyst or researcher.
