This specialisation aims to:

  • provide students with the opportunity to examine research principles and methods and to apply those principles and methods in the evaluation and design of research into current educational issues related to wellbeing and positive mental health.
  • combine the study of research design and methods, evaluation and assessment with a principal focus on key contemporary educational policy issues.
  • enable graduates to use quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research designs in educational policy research and program evaluation.
