This specialisation aims to:

• critically discuss how leaders build human capacity to meet the current and future challenges of their environment.
• investigate how an organisation’s people can be encouraged to become lifelong learners while contributing to the success of the organisation.
• engage students in learning that integrates theory with practice, action with reflection, and questions with investigation.
