The Multi-Age program leads to a Master's of Education degree and licensure to teach French, German, Latin or Spanish. The graduate program is designed for full-time study and internship requiring a Monday through Friday commitment.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in the target language, meet content requirements, and pass state mandated examinations. World Language candidates are required to obtain the minimum score of ?Advanced Low?(or higher) on both the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) and the Writing Proficiency Test (WPT). This admission standard is higher than what is required by the state of Ohio for licensure, because Wright State University has a nationally recognized program endorsed by ACTFL (The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages). Upon successful completion of the licensure portion of the program and passing licensure exams, candidates may be eligible for recommendation of the provisional Multi-Age license in the specific content area.
