I don't believe that there is any improvement required in the admission process. You can apply online for admission and even give the scholarship exam named LPUnest that they conduct online quite easily.
The exams take place twice a semester, the midterms and the end terms. End terms hold maximum credits. There are also CAs (continuous assessments) throughout the semester that also impact your overall grade. The calculation is sort of like 25% CA + 25% midterm + 50% endterms
I plan to do M.Phil as I wish to become a Clinical Psychologist with a proper RCI license. In an MPhil students work in hospitals as residents. However, I'm also preparing for UGC-NET to keep my options open.
I have not taken any campus employment so far but this mostly depends on your capabilities and capacity as well as needs. There is a scheme known as earn while learn that students have to complete as part of their CAs so a lot of them put up food stalls, game stalls or find interesting ways to earn along with ensuring it is related to their field.
Ums (University Management System) is a student portal they provide. A lot of social groups and clubs run within the university such as for dance, singing (Indian, classical, western), NCC & NSS. There are also Anime groups. A lot of sports such as archery, swimming, cricket, football etc are taught within the campus
Anytime you want. The teachers are very cooperative. You can visit them in their cabin or interact with them in the class, they're very open and understanding. A lot of times when the kids have trouble with the time table, the teachers try adjust the class timings for them as well.
The placement rate is good. More than 600+ companies offer over 2000+ placements. The average package is 6 lpa and the highest is 54 lpa. Students become eligible for campus placements from last semester of the course. Almost 80-90% students get placed.
